Shipping

The short version: we're a small-batch brand shipping from the Pacific Northwest with love and tracking numbers. Preorders begin shipping July 6, 2026.

Preorders
We're currently accepting preorders. All preorders begin shipping July 6, 2026, and go out in the order they were received - so the earlier you order, the earlier yours ships. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way. If anything delays your order beyond the estimated date, we'll email you promptly with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Standard Processing (once in stock)
After our preorder period, in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Rates are calculated at checkout - and shipping is free on orders over $80.

Tracking & Addresses
Every order ships with tracking, emailed to you automatically. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we can't recover packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always help you work with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient - but if a package goes missing, email us. We'll help you file a carrier claim and do everything we can to make it right.
