Returns & Refunds
The short version: unopened products can come back within 30 days. Opened products can't - they're personal care items - but if something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right fast, no return needed.
Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened products with seals intact within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@sierrastarrhair.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and refunds cover the product price (original shipping is non-refundable).
Opened or Used Products
Because our products are personal care items, opened or used products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. That said - if a product isn't working for you, email us anyway. We can't always refund, but we can always help you troubleshoot your routine.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice - and you won't need to ship anything back.
Preorders
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund anytime before your order ships. Just email us with your order number.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days on our end; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a return + new order - it's the fastest way to get the right product to you.
